Kids E-Bikes

A kids electric bike lets younger riders keep up on family rides at speeds a parent controls. We carry one kids electric bike, the Himiway C1 ($607.24 at the time of writing, October 2026). It fits riders about 3’3″ to 4’9″ tall, rides on 16-inch fat tires, and has speed modes topping out at 15 mph.

How to choose a kids e-bike

Fit by height, not age. Your child should reach the ground comfortably and handle the bike when it is switched off.

Speed control. Start in the lowest mode and unlock faster modes only as skills grow.

Where they will ride. Himiway describes the C1 as a bike for supervised riding rather than a standard road e-bike (Himiway). E-bike age rules vary by state; see the PeopleForBikes state law summary.

Safety gear. A properly fitted helmet, closed shoes and gloves belong on every ride.
